My name is Timothy Griffin and I'm a 30ish year-old, medically retired professional amateur. I have FSH MD (or if you're playing Scrabble "facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy") and it's a bitch and I fucking hate it!!
*ahem*
I live in sunny Kidderminster, UK, with N, my friend and carer, our dog Rocco and am visited regularly by various nurses who, together with N, family and friends, make life perfectly liveable. I can't walk, dress or clean myself fully, but each and every day I give thanks that I can still wipe my own arse. It also helps to never forget that there are many, many people in the world who are far worse off than me and who probably live their life to a fuller extent blah blah blah.
There's a load of my crap dotted around online and you can find me at various sites, most of which are listed in the right-hand column.

Why "Timmargh" ... ?
There's a character on South Park who's mentally and physically disabled and as a result the only word he can say is his own name, and when he does say it, most of the time it comes out as a shout. He's a crip, like me, and he's named Timmy, like me. "Timmargh" should be said like this.
