I used to have my old .Mac email address as my MSN address too until, quite recently, it stopped working and I was pointed to an article on Microsoft’s website as way of explanation. - No more Gravatar? 4

It seems the Gravatar site is down - I have no idea if this is temporary or permanent. I can’t seem to find any mention of it on any other sites so I’m guessing it’s DNS/server/meteor related. - Highlight your own comments in Movable Type 8

I’ve seen this on a few sites in the past: in the list of comments, the site author’s own comments are formatted differently, usually by a different background colour to everyone else. - Stripey tables using CSS and PHP 4

I like it when alternate rows in a table are formatted differently - it makes it easier to scan your eyes along a row without losing which row you’re actually reading. The rows don’t have to be vastly different (at least not for someone with semi-decent eyesight) and a good example of this is iTunes. - Zoom. Ish. 7

My home internet connection has just been upgraded to 1Mbps … be still my beating heart.
