I saw this at my usual cinema haunt (Empire cinema in Rubery) and I really enjoyed it — a black comedy with great characters, a brilliant script and a superbly chosen soundtrack. All the leads were excellent and Colin Farrell was especially moving. - Now the excitement’s died down 11

I guess the fact that me and my mate were the only ones in to see this film (at least until two women turned up) should’ve been a bit of a clue as to how good this film was or wasn’t going to be. That said, it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting although I’m not what you’d call a fan of zombie films. - The uncle and the chair 3

Well, thankfully 2007’s out of the way and we can all get on with making 2008 a decent year. I only have one rule for everyone this year: no-one is allowed to die. Seriously. If anyone I care about dies during 2008 then I’ll fucking kill them. - Meow 6
