As Mum was spending her Mothers Day down in Cheltenham with my brother she came round to my house on Saturday for a Chinese takeaway, and very nice it was too. This meant me and the carer were free on Sunday evening when we were invited to join her sister and family for a meal at the Harvester pub in Wychbold. - The chair and the friends

A friend of mine is getting married on 1st September and, not being one to do things by halves, he decided that instead of a stag night he’d have a stag day. I’m not gonna talk about the whole day, though, just the first event … - I’m still here

About five years ago, me and N decided to get a place and move in together. At the time, I was living with my parents and she had her own flat. She sold her flat and we moved into a warden controlled, disabled adapted bungalow in Kidderminster and lived as friends, crip and carer. - Adam, 1972 - 2005

I recently found out that a friend of mine, Adam, died in a motorcycle accident last month. He was a month away from his 33rd birthday.
